If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, let us know. We will refund your payment in full. Likewise, if any of our technicians smoke or swear while still on your home premises, fail to wear shoe covers, or leave your house without cleaning up, you will not be required to pay for the service. If one of our repairs fail within the first year, we will repair it again at no extra cost to you.

We have the utmost confidence in our installation and products—so much so that if your water heater fails within the first year of installation, we will fix it at no extra charge to you. We will also give you a $100 voucher for future services. It’s our way of apologizing for the aggravation we’ve caused.
We guarantee that all of our plumbers are drug-tested. Moreover, they will respect the cleanliness and comfort of your home; they will not smoke nor swear whilst still on the premises, they will wear shoe covers at all times, and they will not leave your house without cleaning up after themselves. If you find our services do not live up to this standard, you will not be required to pay for the service until your satisfaction has been met.
We guarantee you will not be able to find an identical water-heater solution (product, service, installation quality, warranties, and guarantees) from another company for less or we will happily pay you the difference plus a $25 finder’s fee.
Should your water-heater tank develop a leak during its guaranteed period, we will replace it and install a completely new water heater at no extra charge to. If you have ever experienced a “lemon” before, you will truly appreciate our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.

If you have used a Diamond Certified company and tried unsuccessfully to resolve a disagreement, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800)738-1138. Our mediator will work with you and the company to attempt to reach an agreement that both parties can accept. If the mediation fails to produce a mutually-agreeable solution due to failure of the company to honor contractual obligations, uphold industry standards, or participate in good faith, we will refund your purchase price up to $1,000.
